We proudly offer a 7-year warranty on all hardscaping and woodworking projects, ensuring your investment is protected for years to come. Additionally, our concrete work comes with a 1-year warranty with the option of an extended 5 year warranty , giving you peace of mind in the quality and durability of our services.

Hardscaping Warranty

At Orangedale, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our hardscape installations. We take pride in building durable, long-lasting outdoor features — and our warranty is our commitment to your peace of mind.

Our Hardscape Warranty covers all interlock work, retaining and garden walls, stone steps, and columns.

Interlock Warranty

We guarantee our interlock installations against the following issues:

Sinking or Shifting: Proper base preparation is key — if your pavers move or settle, we’ll make it right.
Cracked or Broken Stones: Any damage caused by installation or product defects is fully covered.
Weed Growth Through Joints: We use polymeric sand and proper installation techniques to prevent weed intrusion. If weeds emerge through paver joints, it's covered.

Wall Warranty

Our warranty for retaining and garden walls includes:

Sinking or Shifting: We ensure solid foundations and proper drainage to prevent movement.
Leaning or Failing Walls: Structural integrity is a priority — we’ll address any failure resulting from workmanship or material flaws.

Steps & Columns Warranty

For stone steps and columns, we cover:

Sinking or Shifting: These elements are built to last. Any movement due to poor installation is fully warranted.

Woodwork Warranty

Wood Deck Warranty

We build decks with strength, safety, and durability in mind. Our wood deck warranty covers:

Structural Integrity: All framing and support systems are covered for failure due to poor workmanship.
Warping or Splitting Boards: If any deck boards warp, split, or deteriorate prematurely due to improper installation, we’ll replace them.
Fastener & Hardware Issues: Screws, brackets, and connectors are warrantied against loosening or failure caused by installation error.

Composite Deck Warranty

Composite decks offer long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance. Our composite deck warranty includes:

Structural Framing: Just like with wood decks, all substructure framing is warrantied for integrity and proper installation.
Board Movement or Gapping: Boards that shift or develop excessive gaps due to incorrect spacing or fastening will be repaired or replaced.
Surface Defects from Installation: We cover any scratches, gouges, or damage caused during installation, as well as any warping or lifting due to improper fastening.

Note: Most composite decking materials also come with a separate manufacturer warranty for fading, staining, or defects — we’ll help you navigate any claims if needed.

Fence Warranty

Your fence should look great and stay upright — and our warranty ensures it:

Leaning or Sinking Posts: We dig deep and use proper footing to keep posts straight. If they lean due to installation, we’ll fix them.
Warped or Broken Boards: Boards that split, warp, or fall off due to workmanship or fastener failure are fully covered.
Gate Alignment: Gates are warrantied to open and close smoothly. Any sagging or misalignment caused by installation is covered.

Wood Structures Warranty

For pergolas, privacy screens, and other custom wood structures, we cover:

Sinking or Shifting Supports: We install all posts and supports on stable, properly prepared bases.
Loose or Failing Connections: All brackets, screws, and joints are covered if they loosen or fail due to installation.
Material Defects from Installation: Any defects caused during our build process will be addressed promptly.

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you experience an issue covered under this warranty, contact us — we’ll assess the situation and make it right.

Please note: Natural weathering, fading, small cracks, and other cosmetic changes over time are not covered, as they are part of the normal aging process of wood and composites.

Concrete Warranty

Exposed Aggregate Concrete

Exposed aggregate offers a decorative, durable surface with a natural stone look. Our warranty includes:

Cracking (Beyond Hairline): Cracks beyond typical shrinkage or hairline fractures due to poor base prep or improper installation are covered.
Surface Delamination or Pitting: If the top layer peels, pits, or breaks down due to workmanship, we’ll repair or replace it.
Uneven Settlement: We ensure proper compaction — if your concrete settles unevenly due to our installation, we’ll fix it.

Broom Finish Concrete

A clean, classic look for walkways, driveways, and patios — our broom finish warranty covers:

Cracking (Beyond Hairline): Structural or excessive cracking beyond minor surface checking is warrantied.
Surface Scaling or Flaking: Any peeling or loss of surface texture due to improper curing or finishing is covered.
Uneven Settlement: If the slab sinks or becomes uneven due to poor subgrade preparation, we’ll correct it.

We take great care to prepare solid bases and finish concrete to industry standards, but if an issue arises due to our workmanship, we’ll take care of it within the 1-year warranty period if you have opted for the 5 year extended warranty this still applies.

Please Note: Hairline cracks, weather-related damage (freeze/thaw), surface wear from de-icing salts, and discoloration are not covered, as these are considered normal with exterior concrete.
