Luxury Landscaping & Backyard Renovations Burlington

The cost of a pool in Burlington can vary depending on size, design, and the features you include. A basic in-ground pool typically starts around $60,000–$80,000, while most custom pool projects with landscaping, stonework, and surrounding outdoor space fall in the $100,000–$200,000+ range. More complex designs with premium finishes, lighting, outdoor kitchens, and full backyard transformations can exceed $200,000+. At Orangedale, we specialize in integrating pools into complete outdoor living spaces to create a seamless, high-end result.

Our payment structure is based on the scope and size of the project. Typically, we require an initial deposit to secure your project in our schedule, followed by progress payments at key stages of construction, and a final payment upon completion. This ensures transparency and allows you to see the progress of your project every step of the way. We’ll outline all payment details clearly in your proposal before any work begins.
